“At oral argument, Dr. Wright’s counsel conceded that the March 30 model of the Kind omitted required data,” the doc reads. “That model of the Kind didn’t embrace (amongst different issues) his employer’s deal with, any details about his partner, and details about whether or not he had financial institution accounts.”
