Bankman-Fried is at the moment set to go on trial at first of October on wire fraud, commodities fraud, securities fraud, cash laundering and associated conspiracy expenses. He faces one other trial, tentatively scheduled for subsequent March, on extra expenses introduced by the DOJ after Bankman-Fried’s arrest and extradition.
