Baltimore officers are talking out after a video of a police officer allegedly attempting to run over a Black man went viral.
The video made waves on social media after the officer made repeated makes an attempt to run over somebody in his police car. The clip confirmed the officer within the marked police automobile chasing a person working on foot, and hitting him. Upon discovering the video, Baltimore police suspended the officer.
